Discount Carpet Cleaners will only pass over the carpet 1-2 times. This leaves dirt & detergent residue, and long dry times are inevitable. With our 10X method we pass over the carpet 10 times! We simply pull out more dirt and water. We leave almost ZERO residue. This leaves a HEALTHIER, cleaner, softer carpet.
How long do we have to stay off the carpet once you have finished cleaning them?
Dry times vary greatly, but typicalle we can get carpets dry between 2-8 hours. This depends on air flow, ambient temperature, & if we re-apply protector etc.
Do you clean area rugs?
Yes, we do clean area rugs. We refer another company for high end rugs.
What should I do if I spill red wine on my white or light colored carpet?
When red wine hits a light colored carpet, try to blot up as much of the wine as possible and then spray hydrogen peroxide on the stain. It may take multiple applications. We do not recomend this method for wool or other natural fiber rugs.
